Attention children ages 4 to 10: Angie Rader, Music Director, is excited to begin another season of Children’s Choir and hopes your children will consider participating.
The group gathers weekly to practice songs to sing at the 11:00am worship service. Students also begin learning the foundations for vocal performance as well as music theory.
Angie is also looking forward to presenting a short Christmas program with the children in December. Angie would like to know what days and times work best for parents and children.
Contact Angie if your child(ren) would like to participate at firstname.lastname@example.org or 463-9304.
Please note the invitation here and, if you’re in this group, please plan on joining us at the parsonage of Sept. 21. I have to decide by Sunday, Sept. 14, whether we have enough interest to hold this conversation. I ask you to contact the church office, or note my email below. Thanks.
Pow-Wow at the Parsonage, 16 Maple Lane: Norman and Nancy Tippens invite parents with children 10 or younger to the parsonage Sunday, September 21, at 4:00pm. Pastor Norman wants to ask parents to share program and worship ideas to help Trinity UMC better serve children and their parents. Childcare (2 persons) will be provided in the parsonage.
After a time of getting to know one another, and our conversation (we’ll sit around the living room/please dress for the possibility of sitting on the carpet), food and drink will be provided. This may be Subway trays and/or pizza.
Please RSVP by September 14 to email@example.com, or by calling the Church Office with the number of adults and children, and with any special dietary needs.
